Ate poorly over the holidays? Borba can help you be more like Kim Kardashian[classic article]

It seems that this year more than any other year, people are groaning about how much they ate over the holidays, what junk they ate, how it’s not doing well for them. When I was a little girl, Alka Seltzer had the “plop, plop, fizz, fizz” commercials. But this year, I see all over the ‘net descriptions of people who ate until they were sick. That’s not good. Plus, even with all that food you shoveled in, there might not have been a great deal of vitamins in it. Your skin and whole self are no doubt pleading with you for mercy.

I was happy to be able to sample some of the new products. There are new drink mixes that you mix with 6 oz. of water, which is handy. In the past, some drink mixes required a whole water bottle to mix them up. Not that that’s bad — you SHOULD be drinking more water — in fact, go drink some water right now. But 6 oz. is about what you get in a cup of water on a plane, for instance. The new Borba mixes include Healthy Glow Immunity Drink Mix and PMS rescue beverage crystals. They have a pleasant, natural fruit flavor with fun effervescence! Keep that in mind when you are mixing them, so they don’t fizz over the top. You definitely don’t feel like you are drinking something just because it’s good for you.

There are new Borba dietary supplements, formulated to be like candy: Slimming chocolate chews, Fit and Firm calcium chews, Omega-3 Bursts, and Mighty Energy Gummy mice. The chews are chewy and surprisingly satisfying. Are they like eating an ice cream cone? No. But after one, you’ll probably forget about the ice cream… and that’s a good thing! The gummy mice are very tender and soft, with fruit flavor and packed full of vitamins. They’re not overly sweet, which makes them even more addictive. The chews and gummy mice are very convenient to take on a jam-packed day.

You can even order Scott-Vincent Borba’s new book, Skintervention, on his site… it’s not available on Amazon until mid-January. So if you want good skin and healthy living in time for the rest of the holidays, you know where to go. Here’s one of his tips for plane travel and long car rides: load up on vitamins E and A for skin moisture and vitamins C and Zinc for skin resiliency. Drink at least a liter of water to help digest the vitamins and help them circulate. He also suggests on a plane to buy a bottle of water after you go through security to wash your face with. DON’T use the water on a plane! He says, “Don’t use that water on your money maker!”
