You’ve been good: eat certifiably good, delicious Mightylicious cookies!

So many healthy foods seems like a punishment. But what if you could get your hands on gluten-free, pure ingredient, kosher cookies that were nearly impossible to put down? <ahem> Hand-crafted Mightylicious cookies even have a number of vegan varieties. I was very happy to be hosted to experience them!

With clean ingredients available online and in stores, they’re packed full of flavor and snackable textures.

Brown Butter Chocolate Chip no doubt is a favorite of chefs! Browning butter chemically makes it have a completely different, more complex flavor profile. This is how they describe it: “Butter is the magic ingredient in these cookies. We heat the butter until all of the water has evaporated, allowing the fat’s temperature to rise high enough to toast its milk proteins into a brown, nutty-smelling oil. In its purest form, brown butter tastes like toffee, a little sweet and a little savory with a heady caramel aroma.”

They wrap just a few together, helping to keep everything fresh. They’re soft, with slightly salty butter notes. There are plenty of chocolate chips packed in — it’s just not dough.

Oatmeal Coconut really adds pizzazz to oatmeal. The toasted coconut adds flavor notes, too. It’s a soft, rich cookie that they say has been in their family for 100 years.

Salted Peanut Butter is very rich, with deeply roasted peanuts. Salt accentuates flavors. This is one of the dairy-free flavors and here’s how they describe it: “With just 6 simple ingredients, these cookies were designed for purists. Here we use the best quality peanut butter, eggs, vanilla, and pure case sugar to create the perfect treat that is somewhere between fudge and cookie in texture.” Mmmm!

Brown Butter Shortbread is crispy, with a light butter flavor. This is the elegant treat to set out with tea when guests come over. They’re considered “subtly sweet”. The grownup indulgence!
