Tasty treat in Catonsville, MD: Hunan Taste’s Double Crispy Lobster [classic article]

When perusing an extensive menu like Catonsville’s Hunan Taste has, it’s good to know some of the standouts. Besides this Chinese restaurant‘s flavor-forward and socially fun hot pots, you’ve gotta try their Double Crispy Lobster! As RoCK said, “The only thing better than crispy lobster is double crispy lobster.”

At $49.95, the entree isn’t cheap, but it’s definitely made for two. It’s two decent-sized lobsters deep fried with a light crispy coating, seasoned with salt and white pepper. The dish is garnished with fresh Asian spinach, watermelon radish, turnip and cilantro. So tender! So flavorful! I had never eaten deep fried lobster before.
