A new self-care line for everyone: Fur

Even before there was a word for it – “influencer” – I always loved to know the secret beauty products before anyone else, then share my treasure trove of knowledge. Fur is a new skin/haircare line for all over your body, for any gender, whether you shave, wax or go au naturale. After all, haven’t you looked at the label of beauty products, warning where they could or couldn’t be used? It sure makes you wonder! Maybe you’re concerned about how you look in certain outfits, at the gym or even to have confidence in your birthday suit. I was happy to be hosted to experience Fur.

Do you have what seems are chronic little bumps on your elbows, knees or other places? Perhaps you even applied the heaviest of moisturizers, to no avail. These bumps are probably keratosis pilaris and they are hard to get rid of! KP Body Scrub isn’t just any scrub. There are a number of points of difference. It’s not scratchy like a salt scrub and it has a drier consistency than oily exfoliators. It has 14% alpha hydroxy acids, so it gets under the surface. Because of this, you are highly encouraged to use sunscreen while using the product and for a week afterwards. It’s unscented and you can use it everywhere.

Maybe the damage has already been done: ingrown hairs, wrinkles, dryness, hairs that need softening. They’ve got a product for that, too! Fur Oil is a blend of light oils, touted as not staining to silk, such as undies, shirts or sheets. You can use it all over your body, including for traditional beauty oil uses, like cracked cuticles. Here are its key active ingredients: Grape Seed Oil: A vitamin E, D, and C complex that hydrates the skin and absorbs quickly without leaving a greasy residue.

Jojoba Oil: A liquid wax derived from the jojoba plant that mimics the body’s natural moisturizing properties to soften hair and skin. Absorbs quickly.

Clary Sage Oil: An antibacterial essential oil and astringent that soothes redness and post-shaving irritation.

Tea Tree Oil: A powerful antimicrobial essential oil that eliminates excess sebum in the pores to prevent in-growns and speeds up the skin’s healing process.

The oil is delicately applied with a dropper, for control. It has a herbal/green fresh fragrance.
