Where the buffalo roam: Carnivore’s Delight at Gunpowder Bison & Trading Co.[classic article]

Up in Baltimore County, Maryland, there’s a special outdoor food series taking place. Gunpowder Bison & Trading Co. puts on a party called “The Carnivore’s Delight,” complete with live music, bison meat in interesting recipes, picnic tables and bison to watch.
