It has no preservatives, it’s sodium free, 0 g. trans fat, it’s whole grain, gluten free, Kosher, dairy free. Viki’s Granola is made from oats, almonds, sunflower seeds, coconut flakes, pecans, honey, canola oil. There are no fillers, salts or preservatives. You can use it to “doctor up” more boring foods like plain yogurt. I’ve seen many chefs today who are garnishing protein dishes with granola, too.
The blueberry almond flavor is particularly flavorful, permeated with rich dried blueberry flavor and scent, but there are several flavors you might like to try!
