The name-brand chefs on the Canadian side of Niagara Falls don’t come out to play until dinnertime, but that doesn’t mean you can’t still get a tasty meal. Fallsview at the Sheraton is within steps of the (international) Rainbow Bridge. It’s high up and affords an amazing view of both the American and Canadian falls. There’s even a little observatory deck.
During lunchtime, they serve a buffet. Motown and pop music plays in the background. Why not start off your meal with a Bloody Caesar? It’s a Canadian drink — like a Bloody Mary, but with clam juice added. It goes best with savory food. Or, pick from a number of Canadian beers and wines.
The homemade soups are slow-simmered, with lots of chicken in the chicken noodle soup.
The restaurant steps out of buffet-land with fresh herbs and well-prepared fish on the line.
