They cure and prepare their meats in-house, presented with hard boiled quail eggs. Spread some of your pâté and house-whipped butter on herb water crackers.
Freshly grated horseradish is piled high to adorn your local oysters that have deep, deep cups, lacy edged shells and a meaty flavor.
